Looks like I'm gonna miss this one.  I've been fighting a cold all week, and didn't get much sleep last night.  With the possibility of rain, there are too many little things stacking up.  There's a Pilot's saying that every catastrophe results from a chain of 5 little problems, and that avoiding any of the 5 would have avoided the catastrophe.  I'm at three, so I'm not pushing it today.

Have a great day!

I would like to thank every one that road today!  :o It was a great day we only hit a little rain after lunch from J Cook park to Askoft. Not bad for the way the radar looked when we took off. It got a little cold in Superior the temp started out at 61at the start of lunch and got down to 53 by the end of lunch. I think Tommy is sitting in a hot tub warming up tonight??? Sorry most of you could not make it. I might try and do it again this fall? Thanks to all of you from 292 for your support today hope you all had a good ride.

Thanks Everyone, Had a Great time,  Just a little raxx, not bad for a day of riding,  did get a chuckle out of lunch today, watching the temp. on the sign outside the window of the rest. Started out at 61, 5 min. later 60, then 59, then 58, then 57, then 56, then 55, then 54, then 53, then 52, Buy the time it hit that degree , it was time to get back on the bikes,  You got to love Minnesota and Wisconsin, if do not like the weather, just wait it will change. Tommy
P.S. No Cliffy, got home and washed the bike, now just hanging out, and watching the sun set.

Thanks Cliff, Gene & I had a great time, r- - - (bad word) did not even bother us.  Total of 306 miles for us, and a very dirty bike, it will get a bath today.

See you soon,

Gene & Sharyn

You know what they say....  if you don't ride in the r*** you don't ride.  Had a good time, Cliff, thanks.  Nice to meet some of our fellow Star members from 292.  Nice people.  The Raider didn't get washed either.  Like I always say, always put off today what you can do tommorrow.  ;-)

Was glad to hear from Jimbo that you all had a good trip back to the cities.  :) :)  Well, I guess we liked the rain so much we still haven't made it home!  ;D

We did pretty well until about a 30-45 minutes north of Minocqua, WI then had a real "nice"  :-\ shower!  After 340 miles for the day, poured the water out of the boots and set them by the fireplace.  By this morning they were pretty much dry so we rode another 100 miles on some nice WI "letter roads".  Tomorrow looks like a great day; hope to put on a couple hundred more ...   :D :D
