As I was posting the rainbow bridge I teared up, but I do think it can being some comfort and it seems a few of our "biker" brothers and sisters need it right now.

In our family we have always had pets and it is always hard when one passes, my brother was with the tracker teem in Viet Nam and he had a dog named goldie, that saved his and others lives a few times, he realy loved that dog,but had to leave it there when he came back to the states and he would always talk about Glodie.
When my brother was dieing of cancer he told all of us not to fell bad or sorry for him becous he was going to be with Goldie again and he was happy about that.
in fact the last 2 days he would drift in and out he would look up at the ceiling and wave and say hi to Goldie and i would ask if Goldie was there he would say yes , Goldie is wating for him.
So if you ask me , i would have to say , yes they are wating for us .

Not us, we still have two cats, so we're good.  More bad news though.  Debbie's son Mike and his wife just found out yesterday that their dog Jackson (bull mastif) has kidney failure, probably caused by cancer and has 2-8 months to live.  He has an extremely soft heart and is pretty devastated.  Jack isn't quite 4 years old yet.  Very sad.  Mike is who inherited my 1100 VStar.

Congrats!  Puppies take all the pain away believe me.  Our daughter just got a border colie mix but I swear she is pure just the way she is acting.

Have fun with the new puppie crying at night, but the only way to cure that is let it sleep with you so you get some sleep.   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
