Well, I didn't really like the first route I pre-rode, but the one today looked much better. It will be a relatively short ride, only about 100 miles. Not being sure how long the meeting will run, with a lunch break, the shorter daylight, the cooler temps, but most of all the (possibly) limited patience with the
yahoo up front who thinks he knows what he's doing and where he' going
... yeah about a hundred miles seems about right.
We will start at Tousley after the meeting and head North on 61, make our way over to Marine on St. Croix on CR 7, up 95 and cross over to Osceola to have lunch at the Subway. Just North is the first of two
Wisconsin Rustic Roads we will do -
number 101. Then we will go through Dresser, Star Prairie, New Richmond and toward Hudson where we will ride the second Rustic Road -
number 13. From Hudson, I'll be heading back on I-94 to the East side of St. Paul, but people can break off from there.
