Wow!  That's intense.  I lost a few friends in Nam.  I was of those that just missed my trip across the pond.  I was processing through Oakland, CA and my orders were changed liturally a day or so before my scheduled departure.  I was just getting ready to draw my gear when I got called down to post admin.
