It's that time again. Back by request, we are inviting all Stars to join us for our 3rd semi annual Dubuque River Rides Paddle Boat dinner cruise and post patio embellishment social at the Days Inn.
The boat cruise is 3 ½ hours on the mighty Mississippi, with a “lock thru” one of the lock and dams. Enjoy a FABULOUS prime rib and chicken dinner with all the fixings. Enjoy the scenic bluffs and beautiful homes. All this and a casino at the dock! (A vegetarian meal is available with prior notice.)
The cost is $60 per person. This includes the boat cruise, dinner, and shuttle to and from the host motel. Enjoy the on board spirits (cash bar)if you wish, while walking about the decks, knowing that you will not be getting back on your bike until morning.
Lodging will be up to each individual. Again the Days Inn will be the the host motel with shuttle service. Because we have been such great guests in the past, a special room rate of $72 is being offered – make sure you mention you are with the STAR Touring Group.
Prepaid non-refundable cruise payment must be received no later than August 1st. Checks should be made out to Star Chapter 372, and sent to the Treasurer's address below. Please contact us if any questions.
Shuttle departure from the Days Inn is at 5 PM, cruise starts at 6 PM – dare I say, rain or shine.
