Scala g4

For those of yuo at yesterdays (4/10) meeting, Ken talked about the scala g4 communications device.  Best buy I have found is at powersports store $379 for the two unit set http://www.powersportsuperstore.com/Scala-Rider-CARDO-G4-HEADSET-210094-p/tr21-0094.htm  I just ordered mine, although I am not sure how much I want to listen to my passenger seat attachment

FYI -
I'm just throwing this out for the budget minded members.....

I have The Scala Q2 team set. I love them! These are the generation before the new G4. They sell for $295, but do not have the AD2P stereo bluetooth and the bike to bike only works up to 1/4 mile.  Having a cable to connect to an iPod is not an issue for me, and my wife rides with me so the bike to bike issue is mute as well.

Also, even though they show list price, we've had good luck getting a price match at http://www.denniskirk.com (Rush City, MN).  Not TC metro local, but not that far away.  I believe its free shipping on orders over $100, otherwise its a nice ride away!

My other riding buddy just bought a set of the G4's and as advertised they hooked up and we had 4 people on. Worked great

Well all (hear we go again cliff) I just bought the Scala G4 power set and will be testing them shortly, got them at Mudspringers for 389.00 heck of a deal, they really have some great reviews on this set.
