I'm looking forward to it. I'm missing Ole. It's been a long and cold winter.

Does anyone want to consider spending the night up there and go riding the north shore the next day?

I would think about an over night-er but not for this ride. I know that riders from down south have plans for Sundays and I would not like to disturb any of their plans. I am looking at a new rout but will have to pre-ride it to be sure. This ride might take a little longer this year as I am looking for a new location to eat at. One suggestion I was given, was to have a park picked out and have a picnic? We could have great success with this idea and it sounds better to me each time I think about it. I know of a spot on the St.Louis river across from the overlook we stopped at last year. I am still working on it and let you know when I have it all worked out.

OK Ole's Ride up north will be on June 5th and we will start out at Tousley Motorsports with kickstands up at 9:00A.M.
I will take you all on some nice back roads to Tailor Falls area. We will cross the river and take a break on 87north at the Holiday gas station. We will then go north on 87 to River Road and then on to Grantsberg Wis. After a short break at the Stop and Go on 87 and 70 we will head north on F to Danbarry for another short stop at the BP Station on  Wis. 35. From that point we will head north to Superior on Wis 35 for lunch. The rout back we will take 105 to Minnesota and we will ride through J. Cook Park on 210. We will then jump on to ! and head south to 23 and head back to the cities.  This ride is open to All Chapters and it looks to be around 325 miles round trip. Please keep in mind that it can be cool just off the lake and you may need a jacket to stay warm.. Thanks
