Glenda could not get the day off, so I am taking her to work on Friday. I will pick her up at 4:30 pm and head out from there. If you could give me there address or the best route from Stinson blvd & 35W. We will get as quickly and safely as condition allow.

Here is a Google Map location.  When you are 9-10 miles past Galena you will start going down hill through some S-Curves.  When you come out of the last one, slow down, the View Motel is on your left.  Look for the colored pole lamp lights on the sides of the driveway.  It come up fast.  There is a BP gas station across the street.  Drive safe and watch for deer.  We took Hwy 52 to Dubuque and then take Hwy 20 into Illinios.  There is street repair going on and we had to detour a little bit.  I hope they are done when we take the group through at the end of August.

Do you do freeway driving on this run our is it all cty roads?

There are two smoking rooms open.  If you guys decide to go with the smoking room and not find it as fresh as I did, Debbie and I will switch rooms with you.  I don't do smoking rooms at all, I gag at the smell, but this was quite OK.

As far as the route, we will take Hwy 52 all the way to Dubuque, IA and then Hwy 20 to The View Motel.

I forgot that Bruce Thrall from 423 in St. Cloud is now going to room with Ted A. from his group since their wives are not going now.  Their other room is non-smoking and is now open.  You need to jump on this right away before someone else takes it.
