I will bring a couple of Food Shelf items too.  Hope to see a lot of our members bringing something for the Food Shelf.  Bear will see that the items get to the Food Shelf, all you have to do is bring them.  Easy.

Debbie and I will be at the meeting, but with overnight temperatures in the 30's, I don't think Debbie will favor taking the bikes on our B&B get away Friday night.  I won't be able to help with the ride.  Sorry.

They are talking rain and some wet snow for sat. the 28th, so are we still having a ride after the meeting ?

At this point we are planning on it but we will watch the weather.

Weather.com shows Saturday to have a high of 49 with chance of rain or snow in the morning.  If the ride after the meeting looks too iffy, I would be able to lead a short ride on Sunday.  It shows sunny with a high around 60.  We could meet around 12:30 with kickstands up at 1:00 and return about 3:00.  It can be a nice short experience for folks who have not ridden in groups before.  We can decide at the meeting.

NOAA says mostly sunny with a high of 56. You are not still checking the Iowa weather are you Chappy?

Armando and I are planning to: attend the meeting Saturday, bring items for the food shelf, and participate in the post-meeting ride as we need to learn the group ride thing.  If this moves to Sunday, we are not available.  We've rented a splitter on Sunday to split the 75' oak taken down last fall.  Of course, you're all welcome to stop in to help Sunday.

See you at the meeting on Saturday.  With any luck, the practice group ride will happen after the meeting.  As far as helping with the tree........  well, there is a brunch ride with 404 on Sunday, so I will have to decline.  Sorry, but riding comes first when weather permits.

OK I have been trying to be positive but the weather keeps looking worse. If we wake up tomorrow and it is a nice sunny day bring your bikes, but at this point I feel we will have to reschedule this ride to next weekend. We can pick the day at the meeting.

We will have a short post meeting meeting to go over group riding and I think Papa has some handouts.

I still will drop off food at the food shelf so bring it with you to the meeting.

Yea, looks like Mother Nature is not cooperating.  Oh well, it happens. 

The instructional period about "Group Riding" will surely be informative and we thank our Sheppard's for doing this. 

Tousley will be providing snacks for us and don't forget to bring a couple of food shelf items.
