Hansen's Holdup ride - Arcadia, WI - Aug 18th

Hansen's Holdup is still open this summer on weekends.  I'll put together the details for the ride as we get closer to the date.  Keep in mind this is a long all day ride - 250 plus miles.

Tentative date is Saturday, August 18th.

I've been playing with a tentative route for this ride.  If I put in everything I'd like to have, it's about 7 hours of riding plus breaks and lunch.  Too long for some folks.  I straightened out parts of the route and have it down to about 5 1/2 - 6 hours, around 245 miles.  It's a long day so we should start early.

First Meeting Point - Century Power Sports, Stillwater
Time: 8:00am - Kickstands up 8:30am

Second Meeting Point - The Point, Holiday Gas Station, Hastings
Time:  8:30am - Kickstands up 9:00am (when the Century group arrives - we leave quickly)

My best guess, most folks in the north suburbs will be home between 4:00-5:00pm depending on the length of the rest stops and how long lunch takes.

We will not be able to make this as Robin and I are going to a Victory Rally in Iowa on the 17th and 18th. It sounded like a lot of fun we get to tour the plant where they made my bike and they have bands and fireworks at night.

I've been to that Rally.  It's lots of fun an the tour is great.  I used to sell to Polaris and had several parts on the Vision.  I had my VStar down there amongst all the Victories.  Enjoy.
