Galena Weekend Trip

I called The View Motel in Elizabeth, IL (the same place as the last trip) and reserved the weekend of June 28-30 (Fri & Sat night).  I will keep track of those signing up with the rooms marked for each of you.  Here is the list of rooms.

Room 1   - 1 Queen Nonsmoking
Room 2   - 2 Queen Nonsmoking (Bear and Paul)
Room 3   - 1 Queen Nonsmoking
Room 4   - 1 Queen Nonsmoking (Duane and Debbie Olson)
Room 5   - 2 Queen Nonsmoking (Alan H. and Ken W.)
Room 6   - Common Area - Has Refrigerator and Microwave to use
Room 7   - 2 Queen Nonsmoking (Ted Anderson and Kris Reyes)
Room 8   - 2 Queen Nonsmoking (Ron and Claline Rose)
Room 9   - 2 Queen Nonsmoking
Room 10 - 2 Queen Smoking
Room 11 - 2 Queen Smoking
Room 12 - 1 Queen Smoking

As you can see, smoking rooms are limited.  All you smokers may want to reserve early.  If you think you plan to go, provide me with your contact phone number and I'll hold a room for you.  The folks at the motel will be calling you the end of May to get your credit card numbers to reserve the rooms.  To get the reduced room rate, we have to fill all the rooms.  If we have anyone need to back out at the last minute (it happens) we need to have a list of back up folks that would want to go.

Pat - That photo was not of our group.  We should plan on taking some good photos this year.  Andy and Joyce at the hotel like to have photos with our group name so they can remember us when we come back.

Alan - Can you post this on the other web sites for me?

The rooms listed are not where you are required to stay.  If you want to move next to someone else, that can be done at check in.

I put you on a separate room for now.  If you find someone or one of the gals going replies to you, I can make changes.  For now I'm just holding a space.

OK, I fixed the listing of the rooms.  I forgot to put the number of beds on the list.  My bad!  Most of the rooms have 2 queen beds.  Let me know what type of room you want, 1 or 2 beds.
