November 2013 meeting

Where:  Bear and Robins house (320 Lady Slipper Lane in Vadnais Heights)
When: Nov. 16th, 5:00pm
What: Election nominations
What else:  Pot luck

I might not be able to make this meeting, and our Vice President said he will not be able to make this meeting either, so I will need my other officers to conduct the meeting and make sure we get the nominations finalized per our STAR bylaws.


The meeting will be at our (Bear and Robin) home at 5:00 on the 16th. This is a pot luck so bring something good to eat. Also it could be fun for people to bring some photos in albums or slide shows of their motorcycle adventures for others to see. It will be the day after Bob's birthday so if anyone has any good Bob stories to tell this would be a good time to do it.

It would be great if people could post coming or not to the pot luck meeting it will help me know how many chairs and tables I need to set up.

I'd like to donate to the "Shop, Ship and Share" for postage to send packages to our Military overseas, again this year. I can collect any donations at this meeting to get it to them at their Fundraising Event next week.
Otherwise, there's an address on the flier (click link) to send a check if you'd like to donate but can't make the meeting.
