If looking for some lodging considerations, here is a retreat resort with large multi-bedroom cabins that have full kitchens and living rooms.  Maybe for next year if to late for this year.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Country Trails Inn and Suites in Preston MN for Friday the 19th and the 20th. They are checking on a group rate for us but the normal rate is $95 a night. The rooms are all under my name Dave Abraham as of now so call them at 507-765-2533 to move a room to your name.

This area has great riding and there will be Schnitzel. It will be nice to see people from other chapters all riding together.

Good news on room rates I got us alittle off. The rate will be 84.95 a night. Give them a call get your room reserved this will be a fun weekend.

We have scheduled some fun activities for the weekend.

Friday some will be there in the afternoon we my have a short ride. We will have a late dinner at the Branding Iron Supper Club  about 7:00 I will need a head count to make reservations. This is very near the hotel. www.brandingirionmn.com

Saturday we will have a morning ride and then lunch at Rosie's. Then a little more riding followed by a 1 hour cave tour at the Mystery Cave http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/forestville_mystery_cave/index.html
Then a little more riding. We have reserved the hearth room at the hotel for a beer and pizza party that night.

The more that come the more the fun. I will hold the reservations at the hotel tell 9/15 and then they will be let go.

Bear some of us may not be able to make the whole weekend but might want to join the group for Saturday's activities.  Have you given any thought to that?

Yeah we are the same if we came friday it would be after 8 or 9

Anyone can come to any or all of this weekend. It is a 3 hour ride down and a 3 hour ride back so it could be a long day if you just day trip it and it gets dark sooner by then.

Maybe 3 hours on that Victory you ride but less than 2 hours on anything else.
