JANUARY 3, 2015 OFFICERS MEETING

I would like to hold a officers meeting at Tousley Motoersports 11AM all officers if you can make it. All members are welcome to attend. I would like to use this to plan rides, meetings and other get together events for 2015.

Rich due to a family matter I will not be able to make this meeting. 

I would like to suggest that we set a recurring monthly ride schedule in the same way we set the meeting schedule.  For example make the 3rd Sunday of each month the designated Monthly Chapter Ride.  Destination and route for that ride could be discussed at the Chapter Monthly Meeting.

Also I think Saturday vs. Sunday needs to be discussed. For me Sunday works best for several reasons.  I missed lots of ride last year due to conflicts.  Sunday ride would also allow us to be available to support events at our dealerships when needed.

Just some thoughts.

Though its called an officers meeting, all members from any chapter are welcome as Rich described.  The focus will be ride planning for the new year so we're hoping for plenty of ride ideas and road captains to step forward with their plans.  Also, meetings and other events should be discussed.
