Rochester Charter signing - Sat, 3/28

Passing along the news:  Just helped Scott set up the calendar event and poll for the charter signing of the newest Minnesota chapter!  Plan on driving / carpooling / riding? to Rochester on Saturday, March 28th.  (I know, same as the Donnie Smith show; plan to do that on Sunday - this is big!)
